I am sharing my simple beauty advice to help you look great and feel great all the time.
Before I go any further, I just want to say that YOU are beautiful no matter what.
Beauty is so much more than wearing flawless makeup, getting your hair done or tweezing your eyebrows to perfection.
Natural beauty is better than wearing a mask that covers your true self.
Don’t get me wrong, I love makeup but I honestly only wear any makeup at all on special occasions.

Here are my best tips on how to look beautiful all the time
1. Excise daily with little effort
You don’t need to go to the gym every day to feel good about the way you look.
Simply walking for at least one hour every day can do the trick.
I do about 50 squats before I jump in the shower every morning.
I try to walk at least 10, 000 steps daily and if I don’t I am okay, I dance instead.
If you are always in a hurry and you have little time for anything else like some of us, then walk.
Walking will help you lose weight with little to no effort.
Wondering why some people are always looking more beautiful and attractive on a daily basis?
It’s because they care for their health.
If you have a one-hour lunch break, save 15 minutes for a quick walk with a friend.
And if you drive to work, park a little further so you can get your steps in.
I use any of these cheap watch pedometers to count my steps because it does the job for me.
Getting at least 10,000 steps a day is always my goal.

2. Eat healthy foods
I have said this before multiple times, but you are what you eat.
Two years ago I started eating unhealthy fats (don’t ask me why), but my skin ultimately paid the big price.
Within 4 months of my unhealthy habits, my skin totally broke out, I started putting on weight pretty quickly and developed PCOS.
And as soon as I cut that out, started to drink more water and started walking my 10, 000 steps, I instantly felt better.

Eating healthy will help a lot in all areas of your life.
For example, I suffer from high blood pressure.
Even though I am young, I got diagnosed once I had my daughter.
So now I eat a healthy diet that is supposed to help lower blood pressure.

3. Smile frequently
A smile will make anyone instantly look beautiful.
If you are generally a happy person and you smile often, your inner beauty will shine through.
I recommend smiling as often as you can if you want to feel good.
Smiling is definitely one of the best beauty remedies and it’s good for your health too.
Scientists have done research on this and found that the stronger the smile, the more attractive a face looks.

4. Keep your makeup simple
Wearing a bit of makeup daily can make you look beautiful.
I am not a big fan of makeup myself as I generally feel like it’s bad for your skin no matter how awesome your removal techniques are.

5. Sleep early

Not getting enough sleep will honestly make you feel like crap all day.
Research has proven that a good night’s sleep makes you look healthier, feel happier, and–yes–more attractive.
So if you are looking for tips on how to look more beautiful and attractive, then sleep early every night or at least get in a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night.
Sleeping can take away few years from your face.
Simply go to bed a bit early each day and avoid waking up with dark circles around your eyes.

6. Hydrate your skin
The secret to looking beautiful all the time is having great skin.
No, having occasional pimples, freckles or anything like that doesn’t make you any less attractive.
I am not saying having flawless looking skin is the best way to be beautiful.
But keeping your skin looking fresh is a start.
Start by drinking water daily – I use this refillable water bottle to ensure I am always drinking water.
Water flushes toxins out of your system.

7. Do your nails
I have had people instantly notice me because I had gorgeous nails.
Little things like these can make a huge difference if you want to look beautiful every day.
It might not always be possible to get a manicure and pedicure especially if your goal is to look beautiful daily.
I used to get my nails done every two weeks like clockwork and I know how expensive that tends to get.
But you definitively need to consider keeping your skin moisturized and nails manicured at all times.
You will see a lot of great posts on the internet about how to be beautiful but keeping things simple such as moisturizing your skin daily and keeping your nails clean at all times can easily do the trick.
A moisturizer of your liking that helps with the sun will ensure you have an even skin tone throughout the day and can even prevent sun damage.

8. Maintain Your Personal Hygiene
We talked about eating right, doing your nails and sleeping early, but if you want to know how to be beautiful daily, you need to maintain your personal hygiene daily.
There is nothing beautiful about someone that smells bad, has dirty hair or doesn’t look after their oral hygiene.
Personal hygiene is not only necessary to look and feel beautiful, but you will also avoid falling sick.
Simple steps to maintaining and keeping up with personal hygiene include:
- Bathing daily with soap
- Brushing your teach / flossing often
- Washing your hair at least once a week
- Moisturizing your body from top to bottom
We also recommend you try to get your teeth professionally cleaned by a dentist often.
Otherwise don’t eat or drink foods that will ruin your teeth.
9. Wear Clean Clothes Daily
Wearing clean clothes that fit well will make a huge difference to how you look and feel.
I refuse to wear clothes that make me feel uncomfortable in any way.
You will only end up feeling self-conscious about the way you look.
Spending the day trying to fix your outfit because it doesn’t fit well defeats the purpose of feeling good.
This will only make you miserable.
You want to ensure that you are always wearing clothes that show your best side.
If you are not sure about what looks good on you, make an appointment at any store and ask the store stylist to show you a few fashion styles that might work well for you.
If you keep adjusting your outfit, take it off.
Don’t wear clothes just because everyone around you is wearing that piece of clothing.
Make sure it works for you and your body type.
10. Keep Things Simple
Don’t overdo things.
Keeping it simple is always much better.
You never want to come across as overdoing things, so keep it simple.
When we say keep it simple, we don’t mean dress plainly or avoid things that may be too attention-seeking.
I just mean stick to things that are not too overly complicated.
- Wear clothes that fit you well
- Stick to relatively muted colour palates
- Don’t be afraid to add bold to lips, accessories, shoes or other things
- I love wearing timeless fashion (trends and fads come and go)
- Don’t go too much over your comfort zone but don’t be afraid to experiment

Honestly, following the steps we outlined above is enough to make you become beautiful.
As long as you sleep early, eat healthily, and practice good personal hygiene, you should be fine.
