Sunday Night Things To Do
I love my Sunday nights but in order to have a productive week, I try to prepare myself ahead of time as much as I can.
I decided to a bit of research on the internet a few tips on what to do on a Sunday night and a lot of interesting tips came up.
For the past 6 weeks, I have been actively preparing myself ahead of time in order to have a much better week!
Whether you decide to tackle some chores, spend some relaxing time with your family and friends or just laze around, Sunday is typically a good day to do just that.
If you do work the 9-5 job, Sunday can be stressful for some as you start to anticipate your workload ahead.
This is why finding a way to prepare yourself for the week ahead of time will set you up for much success.
Before we get started on what to do on a Sunday night to have a successful week, we did want you to follow us on Instagram for more tips.

What To Do On A Sunday Night
By implementing one or two things on this list every Sunday will help you have a better week ahead.
You don’t have to do it all but find one or two things on the list you feel can help you better succeed and focus on working on those.
My tip is to do one or two things very consistently and notice the improvement or change.
1. Enjoy Quality Time With Family / Significant Others
Depending on the type of job you might be doing, work can be very stressful for some.
If spending time with loved ones tends to make you happier, then take the time to do just that.
By finding time to distress yourself as well as give yourself some happy karma, you are less likely to be stressed out and worked out during the coming work week!
2. Find Time to Work Out
This does not have to be on a Sunday evening, any time during the day will still work.
If you manage to put in 30 minutes of work out daily during the week, why not go for one full-body workout this Sunday?
And if you are on a mission to lose some extra weight, did you know that you can get paid for it?

3. Take A Bath
I am a shower kind of person, so taking a bath at least once a week with bubbles or bath salts is typically a good change to the norm.
And this doesn’t have to be done every week, bi-weekly or once a month on a Sunday works just as well!
4. Take Time To Unplug
Sunday is the day to avoid stress if you can!
And constantly checking your phone, answering emails or scrolling on social media is not going to help with the stress.
Sunday is the day to unwind, unplug and enjoy yourself without the help of a phone or laptop.
5. Take Time To Clean Up
Sunday is definitely a good day to do some cleaning. Not necessarily spring cleaning but give your space or home a little pick me up.
A clean house always motivates people, and you will feel almost fulfilled and ready to tackle the week.
Definitely get all the dishes done, laundry washed and put away, a quick vacuum and mop wouldn’t hurt either.
I am personally allergic to dust, so dusting is always on my priority list!
If you want to do some redecorating, these dollar store hacks might just be what you need to get started.
6. Donate Unwanted Items
When tidying up, if you find something that you no longer want or you do not use, get rid of it.
Don’t clutter your home just for the sake of holding on to things.
Start a small box with things you do not use and donate it the next time you are out running errands.
We are sure someone else might find them useful.
7. Meal Prep For The Week
Having lunch prepped ahead of time will ensure that you eat healthy throughout the week at work as well as it will help you save some money.
Spending just $50 a week comes up to over $2,600 a year!
This is on top of your regular home grocery shopping that you might do!
Save all this money by getting into meal prepping.

8. Make Some Quick Extra Cash
Did you know that you can make some extra cash just from the comfort of your own home?
I would use any extra time you may have on Sunday to make at least $100.

9. Prepare For Monday
Make sure you create a to-do list for the week coming up ahead.
This way when you go into the office Monday morning, you will have a clear start on what to do and avoid any overwhelm.
Make sure you prioritize your to-do list by doing important and urgent things first.
And please break them up into manageable tasks.
10. Take Time To Rest Up
This list may seem overwhelming, but find up to three things on the list to tackle at a time.
Remember, rest is important to ensure you are well refreshed and energized to take on the week head-on.
If resting means taking a quick nap on a Sunday afternoon or going to bed early that day, make sure you get more than enough sleep.
Your mind and body will thank you for it.
